Supporting the ‘wellness’ of your employees is a changing landscape as the post-pandemic hybrid culture is becoming the norm.  But understanding how to support individual health and wellbeing with nutrition and lifestyle choices is crucial in every circumstance.


I have spent decades working in both the private and charity sectors, from offices, on the road, and of course, latterly from home, so I understand first-hand the different challenges balancing working life with health can bring.


I am an experienced presenter and facilitator.  I can design a bespoke package to suit your organisation, such as a series of short lunchtime talks, a session at a team away-day or a workshop for smaller groups.  I can also offer pop-up clinics at your office where individuals can access 1:1 support.
