How can Nutritional Therapy help you?

What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional therapy applies the very latest research and nutrition science to individual needs to guide food and lifestyle choices we make every day.

I believe undesirable symptoms are our body’s way of telling us that we aren’t giving ourselves the right fuel to operate well.  You wouldn’t put petrol in a diesel car and expect it to move.

Broad brush advice such as ‘drink more water’ and ‘eat more vegetables’ may apply to many of us, but sometimes ‘one person’s medicine is another’s poison’ and our needs are incredibly diverse.

Often undesirable symptoms can be resolved by addressing nutritional deficiencies you aren’t even aware you have or by supporting your personal genetic traits more effectively.

Amy, 41 yrs

“Six months after having Covid I still couldn't taste or smell properly. I followed Ruth's recommendations for 2 months and my smell and taste have returned. As a bonus I'm sleeping much better and I have more energy. I can't believe the difference a few tweaks have made."

Helen, 64 yrs

"After working with Ruth for 3 months the pain I was getting from arthritis in my knees has subsided which means I can enjoy my long dog walks again.  I feel so much happier and not so much like an old woman again!."

Cheryl, 47 yrs

“Ruth is so supportive and knowledgeable that I felt confident to take on board her suggestions. The peri-menopause symptoms I was experiencing including debilitating migraines have abated and I feel empowered to take control of my own health.”
