1:1 Consultations

Please book a free call where I can advise you on which programme I think will offer you the most benefit.  I want to support you to achieve lasting change.  While many of my clients see improvements in their wellbeing quickly, sustained health takes longer to achieve.

My 3-month 'Renew Me' package is the most popular.

My 6-week 'Boost Me' package is suitable if you have just one or two things you'd like to resolve.

We are considering the root cause of your health challenges and not just the symptoms - I will support you all the way.

I ask every client to keep me a 3-day food diary and fill in a detailed health questionnaire prior to our first appointment.

I want everyone to be able to invest in their health so I have included payment plan options so you can choose to pay upfront or in installments.

F.A.Q's

Do I have to pay upfront for my programme?

I really want everyone to be able to invest in their health so I do offer payment plans for each programme - you can pay upfront, or in installments as outlined above.

If I'm a client of the Bristol Menopause Clinic do I get a discount?

Current or recent (last 6 months) clients of the Bristol Menopause Clinic can benefit from a 10% discount on the investment required for my programmes.

Do you do one-off consultations?

I have found that the greatest success comes from us really getting to the bottom of your health challenges and allowing me to coach you over a period of time.

If you'd just like a quick look at your food diary and some suggested improvements, I do offer a 'nutrition check' service, please get in touch for more details.

Long-term clients of the Bristol Menopause Clinic can contact me and I will advise if one-off nutritional consultations will be appropriate on an individual basis.

Do you work with children?

I work with children and adults.  I've had clients from 7 years to 76 years and everything in between.  If after our initial call I do not think I'm the best placed nutritionist for you I will happily refer you to one of my many trusted colleagues.

Will I need to do any blood, urine or stool tests?

If you have any previous results from the doctor I will ask to see these if relevant to your concerns.  I will suggest further tests, either from your doctor or privately if I think it will help us assess nutritional imbalances and inform personalised diet and lifestyle recommendations, but they will never be essential to work with me.

Some clients want to undertake various tests at the beginning and the end of their programmes to track progress - I can discuss this with you if of interest.

Will you tell me to stop eating all the foods I enjoy?

Absolutely not!  Most of my clients find I'm putting more foods into their regular diet than taking them away.  Sometimes I may suggest alternatives or we'll discuss the frequency you might eat something but absolutely nothing is off the table entirely (see what I did there).
